Camp Attendance Policy

Nova 42 recognizes how important it is for a summer student to be present for all days of camp. Therefore, when a parent registers their child for a Nova 42 Summer Camp, they are attesting and promising that there is NO scheduling conflict and that their child will be present for ALL DAYS of CAMP, will arrive by 9:00am (except if camp starts at 9:30am), will not leave camp before it is done. Furthermore, if any student is found to have a pre-determined scheduling conflict but still registered...

Furthermore, the family will be permanently banned from Nova 42. Some examples of impermissible conflicts are: trips that cut into the camp days and times; doctor appointments that cut into the camp days and times. Any medical emergency or family emergency that is unforeseen and documented will not count towards this strict rule.
